They are ideal for stakeholders, consultants, residents awaiting accommodation, ... and all other people who want the service and comfort of a hotel room while being completely independent and autonomous.

These 65m2 studios are fully furnished, secured in a building adjoining the Niaouly hotel, in downtown Antananarivo. Their equipment is complete and functional.

The entrance is independent of the hotel reception and leads directly onto the main street which leads to the 2nd arrondissement police station. The security of the apartments is ensured by a metal grid and a metal door giving access to a small hall serving as a reception.

The furnished apartments were completely renovated in January 2019 and are subject to periodic maintenance.

Due to their exposure, the apartments guarantee maximum peace and quiet, their windows not facing the street, but on the park side of Ambohijatovo. The view is panoramic for the 2 apartments.

They have a small independent balcony.
