The Niaouly hotel has a restaurant open 7/7 all year round.
The restaurant has both an à la carte and daily menu. Our dishes are entirely made by our team, with the exception of the seafood gratin and our fish soups which are made by a small craft company located in Mananjary.
Daily, we are delivered with fresh fruits and vegetables mainly from Antsirabe, but also with meat.
This desire to guarantee freshness on our products can unfortunately lead to some "stock shortages"
